KCNF Attorneys Named to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Civil Rights & Plaintiff Employment Lawyers Guide

KCNF is proud to announce that Elaine Fitch, Mary Kuntz, Elisabeth Baker-Pham, and Keir Bickerstaffe have been named to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Civil Rights & Plaintiff Employment Lawyers guide.

Now in its ninth edition, the guide recognizes the courageous advocates who fight for victims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, abuse of power, and other violations of their employment rights.

Lawdragon notes that this year’s honorees were selected at a time when the publication says the work of civil rights and plaintiff employment attorneys is “always uplifting, but often hurtful,” recognizing that “more than 95,000 Black women have lost their federal employment since 2025, as have vast numbers of others who had dedicated their careers to the government to advance a common good.”

The honorees were selected through Lawdragon’s established methodology, which combines independent journalistic research with a growing pool of submissions along with vetting by peers and clients.

KCNF’s continued presence on this guide reflects the firm’s sustained commitment to civil rights and workplace justice, and the dedication of its attorneys to protecting the rights and livelihoods of the clients they represent.
